CADForge Privacy Policy
1. Information we process
When you create and use a CADForge account, we may process account details, learning records, submissions, support messages, notification settings, membership status, and technical information.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate CADForge, support your learning, answer questions, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
3. Files and other content you submit
Files are used for the feature or support request for which they were submitted. Private uploads are protected by account-based access controls.
4. Notifications
CADForge may send learning, account, and security notifications. Optional categories can be managed in the app.
5. Service providers
CADForge uses Supabase, Google Play, and Google notification services to operate the app and subscriptions.
6. Security
We use access controls, private storage, encrypted HTTPS connections, and server-side checks. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data retention
We retain information while the account is active or as needed for the service, security, and legal obligations.
8. Account deletion
You can request account deletion in the app or by email if you cannot sign in.
9. Your choices
You can manage profile details, notifications, downloaded content, password, and deletion requests.
10. Children
CADForge is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children who cannot legally consent to data processing.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product or applicable requirements change.
